you know… it is exactly a month since i last posted a blog hunter…. I am terrible when you look at my bookmark of blogs… i think anyone will panic. i have like 10 links in each folder (some have 20) of business design, Dsearch, Designers, Packaging, web media/social media news, Green design, Inspiration, General ID, Architect, Graphic design, experience design, UX design, concept design, Technology blogs…. and that is just in my blog folder. Maybe i should just do a blog roll? But i thrive to be different….! I must stay as the black sheep of design! LOL
but i like this blog… if you are into logo design…

originated from Italy, hence “in italiano” – this site well, it is neat but much of the information you have to pay for the pdf reports/research about the general topic area of experience design. it ranges from medical, service, business, consumer… etc etc. (pic is the link)

for myself this blog allows me to be searching for inspiration like i am in a library – the randomness of how we research and search… I love how they link each inspiring site to something similar or off tangent. pic is the link.

This is usually my main source or “starting” point to channel my passion for researching new stuff on the web. It is not about design, but a collection of witty or humor or provoked sources of inspiration and thought processes out there.

It has been a while that i posted a blog hunt. I came across this a week ago and i must say, i love it. It is a direct resource for design research tools and implimentation field day for researchers. I just started looking through the different areas of the website and knowing that i am just scratching the surface of a powerful ally. you have to become a member to see the different tools, membership is free at the moment. so, for time to time i check this blog out for concept products in render form, of course they have actual products posted on the web. These days they are getting more diverse and posting more often. I like their unique perspective verse other design trend blogs. (pic is the link)

I did not know about this… well i did, but as usual the risd alumni email are so dull of explaining these events that i become disinterested. And usually it is to organic searching on the web that i came across a blog of what is happening so far at risd. If i go… will i be impress or will i be unimpressed as usual. the idea of this event is inventive so we shall see what happens. but more importantly how well will risd PR this event is getting my curiosity.
The event is happening on April 11. so if you are in the new england area at that time, please enjoy a day with what the risd community is doing. LINK

So in case if you wish to do flash or other little snippets for the web/adobe air (which i think everyone should try). I came across this blog today. From a glance he is part of the whole adobe flash heartland and is linked to other blogs of coworkers.
but there are a series of good tips of using the programs and what is new and happening currently. the pic is the link to the blog.

Okay. the fifth blog is a human factors blogger from philly, at surprisingly of all places bresslergroup design firm. So, i posted him up because of his elaborate blog postings of interaction design human factors implications. There is really no specific book that gives the data and info about what to beware of when designing software. I agree, because i looked. and of course much is about how to navigate. I am fascinated with human factors engineering but i don’t think i could handle the anaylsis due the boredom of the data clouds that is the result of such work. As a designer i believe it is very important to beware of the info.
